Prisma Assistant

Prisma Assistant uses generative artificial intelligence to answer frequently asked questions and forward contact requests. Answers may be incomplete or contain errors; they do not replace a clinical assessment. The assistant does not prescribe medication, make clinical decisions or automatically confirm an appointment. Appointment requests are checked by the team, who contact the visitor to confirm availability.

Before sharing data in the chat, read the Privacy Policy, which explains how messages are sent to the AI technology, how conversations are logged and how appointment requests are handled.

Website use

Users must use the forms and chat lawfully and provide only the information necessary for their request. Do not submit third-party data without grounds for doing so, or unnecessary sensitive clinical information. Website availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond the clinic's control.

Requests submitted through the website do not, in themselves, establish a confirmed appointment or a clinical relationship. Confirmation is communicated by the clinic's team.
